I've been invited to play on a men's 35+ team at the 2009 NABA California Kickoff Classic wood bat tournament in Los Angeles, Cali over Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend (January 17-19), and I've accepted the invitation. My friend, Tiff Brooks, also will be playing on my team. She and I will be the only women in the tournament (the tourney is open to women and women's team).
I also was invited to play on a men's team at the 2009 Boricua Caribbean Classic in Puerto Rico (February 20-22). Unfortunately, I won't be able to make this one, because I'll still be in Hong Kong at that time.
